Our round table discussion today dealt with the topic of OKRs (Objectives & Key Results). This is a method of developing project objectives that many organizations use not only to improve teamwork, but also to define clear goals that lead to measurable results. That is why OKRs also create structures. They also motivate those involved in the project and allow them to set high goals that strengthen team cohesion and progress on the project. OKRs also speak for good planning management.
