Scholarships
The SBW Berlin scholarship program supports social commitment by funding social projects and comprises three different types of scholarships:
- the SBW Berlin Scholarship for study programs in the social sector
- the SBW Berlin scholarship for refugees
- the SBW Berlin Scholarship for international students.
The requirements and the necessary application documents for the various scholarships differ slightly. It is therefore advisable to read the respective guidelines and criteria carefully before applying. Interested applicants should also check whether they meet the basic requirements for the SBW Berlin Scholarship Program.
To be accepted into the scholarship program, the social commitment of applicants or incoming scholarship recipients and their strong motivation therefor, in general, are fundamentally required. Furthermore, SBW Berlin scholarship recipients are expected to proactively develop and implement social projects or to proactively engage in social activities during a sponsorship.
